      NHAR Ombuds Program:  The Capitol Region Board strongly encourages you to talk to a trained ombudsman before you file a Ethics complaint.  The grievance process is a lengthy and time-consuming process in order to ensure due process is adhered to and speaking with an NHAR ombudsman may solve the situation rather than filing a formal ethics complaint.  To learn more about the NHAR Ombuds Program, please click here:
