All real estate licensees are not the same.

Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®.  They proudly display the REALTOR "®" logo on their business card or other marketing and sales literature.  REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly.  REALTORS® subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.

Since the grievance process is complex and time-consuming to ensure due process, we encourage you to consider contacting a trained ombudsman at the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®.
Ombuds can help identify and resolve misunderstandings and disagreements before matters ripen into disputes and possible charges of unethical conduct.  Click here to learn more about the NHAR Ombudsman Program.

If you feel as though you have an ethical complaint, contact the Capitol Board of Realtors® at 603-225-5052 or submit the Ethical Complaint/Grievance form to nancy@capitolregionboard.com.
